Our Response to COVID-19
With this COVID-19 pandemic affecting the community at large, we’ve been striving to continually provide our services while ensuring the health and safety for both our clients and caregivers. We care about the well-being of our stakeholders, so despite the risk that coronavirus has brought to us, we continue to serve the community in Marlton, New Jersey and beyond with quality home care services. This way, we can still protect the livelihood of our employees and support the families who need our services.
Our staff and management have been implementing many changes in our operations and following the guidelines and advisories provided by the CDC and the government. We use a software system where we input our new client’s information and care plan after being assessed by an RN. With this response to the pandemic, we can continue to be at the forefront in the home care industry.
We recognize the different health issues of the clients we serve and how these can negatively affect their immune system. That is why we take precautionary measures to address this problem. These include:
- Checking the client’s condition before entering their home. Our caregivers will use our software system to ask health questions to determine whether or not they can safely care for the client.
- Ensuring proper hygiene care all the time. All caregivers should wash their hands when entering the client’s home and every hour thereafter. They must also wear a mask throughout their shift.
- Allowing caregivers to become prepared and well-informed regarding the pandemic. We make sure that our caregivers are oriented, updated, and educated on state regulations and guidelines.
By strictly implementing our policies and procedures related to COVID-19 risk prevention, we hope that we can secure the health and safety of our clients and caregivers throughout this pandemic.
